One Sunday after the mass.. Yena wore a white dress while we're all in RED. That's her cousin Nea bdw.
And last but not the least.. our New Years 2010 Family Picture with husband's nephew Patchik.
From the first day i told Yena that her ninang Umma is coming she has been asking about her nightly. When she asks for juice, she will follow it up with; San na Mommy Umma? (Where's Mommy Umma?)
Plus, she would recite over and over again: Mommy Umma, Yeung Lei or YL and Tita Kathy. I wonder if she got the excitement on my little stories that when the three arrived tomorrow we will go see all the fishes on a bigger aquarium, plus dolphins and tigers and snakes. And we will swim on a bigger swimming pool and the sea. She loves animals and she loves to swim - the little girl is so excited!
I wonder if she can recite all the things she has been telling about her other Mommy. When i ask her what will she tell her ninang she would say: Hi Mommy Umma! How are you?! Hi Lei (YL) Hi Tita Kathy.
Well i have to pack her things now. We shall be on BLOGGING LEAVE until next week. And we shall be back on saturday night.
Husband's favorite cousin, Jean tied the knot to her long time boyfriend last saturday. I had to take a vacation leave last friday to be a part time flower arranger, i offer my free service to few people i love, lol. So i made all the bouquets at the wedding and the flowers at the reception..
And as expected my unica hija was one of the flower girls.. We had to practice yena every time for her walk.. we were all worried she would have tantrums and would not want to cooperate on the wedding day BUT she did it! She walked down the aisle while i was waiting for her near the altar... ;)
BUT the tantrums that i feared happened after the mass, the poor girl doesn't like any picture taking anymore.. The official photo of the newly wed has all the entourage except my girl :) hahah toyo talaga, whew!
Am still thankful i had this picture.. See? i have to hide the cleavage with a hanky :) Husband is SOOOO conservative talaga :) hehehe (as if may cleavage na ko?!)I wish you all the best the world has to offer. You deserve them dearest cutey boy of my Kumareng Umma. I know you grow so fast.. I wish someday you and Yena will meet to be good friends, and you have to learn calling her KINAKAPATID :)

Since i wasn't able to update this blog last december and i find time now while having my lunch break, you have no choice but to browse around and read this, hahah. This is for ate sheng, my co blogger and co alumna at SOM who loves my Yena as her own, who said she is getting depress when this blog is not updated. Ate sheng, this is for you! :)
We went to Dora's Adventure at the mall with my sister and her children. Yena was scared of Dora and Boots.. 
We went to Sati's bonggang christening. My blogging friends met yena for the first time.. Am so proud she was well behaved and sung them her songs.. Photo grabbed from Mareng Pehpot.
I brought yena on our last day of work before christmas.. She was having tantrums after a few hours of playing and was tugging me to go home.. So we went home after lunch and head to 
husband's office.. She had a nap at the cab so she was back to her 'kulit' self with her daddy..
And this was US after the mass on Christmas Day 2009.
Surprises, i love them! :) So last night when my mother told me i got a package, i almost breakdown (alright, that's exaggeration LOL) but my mind was thinking wild on where and who on earth would surprise me two months before my birthday! :)
So it came from JAPAN! From my very good friend Clarissa of Kizuna. I received her email this morning informing me of this surprise and if only i can transport right away to Japan to give her my hugs and kisses i would! She did great in surprising me by the way.. Thank you so much Clang!
She wore the pretty little dress and pose with her stuff toy Dora.. very very happy!
I kept on telling her if i can borrow her havaianas slippers to which she would quickly say AYAW..
My Girls Talk meme is getting a lot of support from girl bloggers, my $3 for Daniel Project has a lot of generous donors from all over the world PLUS this surprise gift from a very dear friend.. Oh my, I am really really blessed! Thank you Lord..
It was a tiring five hours travel going to Caloocan to visit Yena's godmother, Liz but it was all worth it! We spent some quality time with them and feast on delicious food. Yena was cranky for almost our travel time and it was then i realized it was hard to bring her to long travel. Oh my, i hope she will change :) i would like to bring her wherever i go and i wouldnt leave home if she's not with me. I hope soon she will enjoy travelling to places already :)

I hope they will be friends when they grow up! :)When Yena's godmother, Liz, arrived last month, husband and I went home with a big plastic bag of hand me down clothes for Yena, three pairs of black shoes and shorts for husband and a cute mini bag for me. Mareng Liz and I met for the first time and it was like we've known each other for so long. Blog really moves people! I found a gem in my blogging friend and kumare, Mareng Liz! Mare, thanks so much for the gifts! :)
