Yena found a new Playmate

Yena partied last night at her Kuya Audrey's Graduation Party. While there she met a new friend, id like to call Clowny, which is her cousin Nea's stuff toy! :)

Yena hugs form left to right! Just like giving a squeezing big hug, LOL. So, I told her to hug her little friend.. And so she did!

Asked her to point clownie's nose... She was at the process of pointing here..

And then finally, she got hold of the tiny nose here! :)

It was hard capturing her doing her tricks, most especially because am using my camera phone, sigh. Some of the photo might be blurry, forgive me. Am waiting for a time when i can finally buy myself a digital cam. :)

Little Einsteins Song

Yena's all time favorite music is Barney's. She hums along with some of the songs at her barney and friends cd. Blog hopping at Pehpot's blog, i saw this Little Einteins song and am hooked. I think Yena would love this one too. Am planning to buy her a cd, but i have no clue where to find one. So for the time being am posting it here so we can play it when we got our internet connection at home! :)

Mommy Moments - Summer Outing

April is always the swimming month for my husband's family, since there are three birthday celebrants on April's including hubby's! It has been their tradition, i remember joining them since year 2006! So Last weekend of April 2008, off we went to Ternate Cavite!

See how our little yena, only 3 months then, made bubbles in front of me! I dont know what her facial expression meant - she might be happy and nervous coz its her first time at the beach!!


She was crying while husband was laughing! Bad cheetah! :)


And she didnt smile even when i carried her, the beach water was so new to her! :)


When she couldn't help it anymore - she wailed! :)

It was fun but since she was that young at that time, she didn't really enjoyed the beach. I just hope that when we come back to Ternate this APril 3, she will be on her brightest mood!

Mommy Moments - Cousin's Bonding Time

Yena with her cousins from dad side. The sons of my husband's eldest sister: Milong (Neil Adrian, Ron (Ronnel), Patchik (Charles Angelo) and JM (John Michael).

Girl Cousins from her dad side: Kathy (Kathleen Kate) and Nea (Vannia Allyson).

And her cousins on my side: My cousin's son, Jiro plus my sister's children: Eya (Ayesha Elaine) and Yael (Yeshua Ely) See the identical naming of my sister's children's names with my daughter Yena's (Yelena Hayden)?? Lots of Y!! My sister and I, decided to name our babies with Y, this after my birth of Yena, kinda fun daw.. :D

I know Yena will have a very memorable childhood because she has lots of playmates wherever side she goes.. And since she is the youngest among the children, she is being love and taking care of to high heavens! Love the idea of seeing them grow together. Looks a lot of fun! :)

Say goodbye to the older Dora image?? I don't know how my one year old daughter, Yena, would react but i guess my 8 year old niece would definitely love the new tween image!

We're on our New Home

We finally moved in to our new home last night. Everything seems so bare - bare living area, dining area, bare everything LOL. But we love it just because Yena has every space to try to walk with her more or less six steps and then crawl all over the room. We have a mattress to fill the left side for her.

I think you might have missed her pout, so am posting it now just for you!


Here is the only chair we have around the house. Her chair! And when i told her to pose and smile here was what she gave me in return! :) Such a lady! :)


And when she gets tired of roaming around, she would lay down on her mattress and look at me with pleading eyes to please play with her. But last night was fixing time for me, i think she understands coz she continues to play with her toys instead! :)


And then she looked for daddy to play with!! :) She would babble 'pap pa pap pa' all over and over again! Oh My- her voice is really a music to my ears.. My own genre of music while fixing the house..

Mommy Moments - Sleeping Time

One of my favorite subject for photo capturing is yena's sleeping time. I did a chronicle of that on my last post regarding her sleeping positions from her first months up to now. It is always a joy viewing over and over again how she tumbles and roams her bed even while sleeping, i must say she is very very active girl! :)

Yena's Nightly Routine

I've been very busy with our house moving and been so worried about yena getting sick, i guess that count for me being so dry in updating her blog.. Yena is getting better, thanks God! I think i will be sticking to her new pedia, she is quiet good! We have to bring her on friday for her follow up check up..

But even when she is sick, she amazed me on how she still have the energy to hum along and dance with her favorite Barney! ;) So am back now with one of her favorite nightly routine - watching barney at youtube and on CD.
